ATLOSON Smart Controller
GSM-Compatible LCD Controller — Bluetooth
Manage cabin comfort from the compatible digital controller. The documented T2000 air-heater revision provides:
- Variable Heat, thermostat and ventilation modes.
- Weekly scheduling with three timer programs.
- Heater status, fault-code information and operating-time information where available.
Functions and menus depend on the supplied controller and ECU revision. GSM connectivity requires a separate compatible module, SIM and network service.
Read the AT1192 controller instructions →OEM & Fleet Integration
Plan the VATIRO T2000 into professional vehicle installations, specialty vehicles, vans, work trucks and compatible fleet equipment. Match the heater, controller, electrical supply and fuel configuration to the application.
Installation planning
Allow space for mounting, warm-air routing and combustion intake and exhaust.
Electrical integration
Use the matching protected harness and controller, and verify voltage during startup.
Service access
Keep components accessible for inspection, maintenance and replacement.
Quiet Operation
Cabin heating with the engine stopped supports overnight comfort in sleeper cabs and compatible RV installations. Careful mounting, fuel-pump support and clear air routing help manage vibration and operating noise.
Recommended Applications

Questions & Answers
What does reference ATL100124 identify?
T2000 Heater Kit, Air Heater, 2kw, 24v, Diesel, Controller LCD - BT. Complete system; fuel: Diesel; voltage: 24V. Cabin heating in vans, trucks and recreational vehicles with the engine stopped. Size the system for insulation, climate and interior volume.
What should I check for VATIRO T2000?
Protocol, connector and available functions. Confirm the exact delivered model and configuration before ordering.
Installation
On receipt, record the SKU, serial number, voltage, fuel and controller revision, and photograph the nameplate. Check the heater, harness, controller, pump, pipes, seals and fasteners actually supplied. Prepare maintenance access, protected routing, a suitable electrical supply and combustion exhaust outside the occupied space.
Separate combustion intake from heated air. Protect bodywork penetrations, prevent exhaust recirculation and check duct routing and clear grilles.
Prepare and secure: Choose a rigid base. Check clearance for ducts and maintenance. Position the supplied gasket and template before drilling. Separate the occupied cabin from the combustion area.
Distribute warm air: Keep the return-air route unobstructed. Secure ducts without crushing them and protect outlets from luggage. Avoid routing hot outlet air directly back into the inlet.
Install the fuel system: Secure the tank, pickup, filter and pump compatible with the selected variant. Cut tubing cleanly and insert both ends fully into the connection to prevent air bubbles. Keep fuel lines away from hot components.
Install combustion intake and exhaust: Use the supplied pipes. Secure their ends and route exhaust outside the vehicle, away from windows, doors and air inlets. Allow condensate drainage as specified for the installation; avoid water traps and contact with fuel lines.
Connect and test: Connect the protected harness and compatible AT1192 controller. Check polarity and voltage under load. Complete ignition, stable operation and the full shutdown cycle; check for odours, leaks and overheating.
Commissioning
Check mounts, connections, protective devices and seals before starting. Bleed or prime only as instructed in the manual. Measure voltage at the appliance during startup; check stable operation, temperatures and unusual smoke or leaks. Test controlled shutdown and completion of cooling, recording conditions, measurements and serial number.
Operation
Before travel or overnight use: Check fuel, battery charge and air inlets/outlets. Remove snow, mud or luggage that could obstruct ducts. Verify exhaust does not terminate beneath a window, door or air inlet.
Start and adjust: Switch on with the compatible controller and let ignition finish. Select thermostat or constant-power operation only if available. Older rotary controllers and AT1192 may use different sequences.
During heating: Monitor warm air, odours and noise. Do not close ducts needed for minimum airflow. If a sensor in a warm-air pocket stops heating prematurely, correct its position rather than changing combustion settings.
Shutdown and storage: Stop using the controller and wait for cooling to finish before isolating the main power. Follow the T2000 monthly maintenance cycle and operating-hours guidance in its maintenance documentation. Confirm intervals for other versions with ATLOSON.
Maintenance
Before use, check power, fuel, ducts and leaks. After moving, inspect mounts and fittings. Before the season, perform a supervised test and inspect the circuit. Allow the shutdown cycle and cooling to finish before maintenance. Follow the variant’s manual for dismantling and intervals.
Before the season, inspect mounts, wiring, pipes, outlets and protective devices; check leaks and corrosion. Clean grilles and remove obstructions without changing combustion settings. Before storage, follow water-system drainage and antifreeze procedures. After service, inspect seals and leaks, test operation and shutdown. Exact intervals depend on the variant’s manual and use.
Troubleshooting & Support
Record the exact error code, a screen photograph, voltage at rest and startup, symptoms and circumstances. Check supply/connectors, fuel, intake and exhaust; on coolant systems, also check filling, bleeding and circulation. Use the installed controller’s code table; do not interchange OLED, LCD and AT1192 codes. Stop for leaks, odours or overheating and obtain professional diagnosis before replacing electronics.
