01 Identification, safety and use

Source PDF pages: 2

This manual accompanies model CONTROL AT1192. Record SKU, serial number, voltage, fuel and revision before installation. Accessories, functions and protective devices depend on the supplied variant.

Controller for a compatible unit; install away from water splashes and direct heat. GSM requires a compatible module and network.

Carbon monoxide: combustion gases must remain outside occupied spaces. Do not operate in a garage or other enclosed location. Keep intakes and flue outlets clear, especially after snow, mud or travel.

Fuel smell, abnormal smoke, leakage or a CO alarm: stop use, move occupants away and have the installation inspected. Do not restart to conceal a fault. Contact emergency services if there is immediate danger.

Fire and burns: keep combustible materials away from the appliance, hot ducts and exhaust. Do not use the service compartment for storage. Allow cooling before inspection and keep children away from hot surfaces.

Power: use the nameplate voltage. Never increase a fuse rating or bypass protection. For a normal stop, allow the controlled cooling cycle to finish before disconnecting power.

Stop before refuelling. Fuel, combustion, gas and mains work require a qualified professional. Install and maintain a CO detector suitable for the application according to its own instructions.

03 Recommended applications and output selection

Source PDF pages: 2

Use AT1192 only with a compatible ECU and harness revision. For a coolant installation select menus and codes specific to that system. The GSM module is a separate option.

04 Step-by-step installation

Source PDF pages: 3

STEP 1 - Identify the connectors

Check AT1192 reference, revision and unit. Check the harness before connection.

STEP 2 - Mount the controller

Select an accessible, dry location away from direct heat. Protect the cable against abrasion and tension.

STEP 3 - Connect with power off

Connect the matching ECU connector; do not apply battery voltage directly to a signal pin.

ACTION DETAIL - schematic

LOCK

Connect with power off; check connector retention.

Observe connector keying. Do not force or modify pins.

STEP 4 - Test locally

Check display, setpoint, starting and complete shutdown near the heater.

STEP 5 - Program after testing

Set time and programs, then test. For GSM use a module and network service compatible with the revision.

07 Operation and controls

Source PDF pages: 4, 5

AT1192 - controls for the illustrated air configuration. The coolant configuration uses its own menus.

On the documented OLED revision, a long press on the confirmation knob from the working screen controls on/off. The reference defines long as more than 2 s and short as less than 2 s. Confirm this behaviour on AT1192 before issuing customer instructions.

For the documented air heater, short-press to open mode selection, rotate to choose, short-press to confirm and use Back to exit. Reference modes are power, thermostat and ventilation. Do not transfer these modes to coolant heating.

The coolant panel has specific coolant-temperature and duration settings. Check the applicable ranges, durations, menus and thresholds for the ATLOSON unit on the rating plate and supplied variant sheet. Do not use shortcuts from an older seven-day timer on the OLED panel.

Clock and timers: confirm firmware-specific labels and sequence, set the clock and supervise a test schedule. Disable unused events. Priming, resets, Bluetooth and updates require the exact revision manual.

GSM: confirm module reference, available network, SIM, wiring, commands and status feedback. No SMS command is assumed here. The panel alone does not establish that cellular connectivity is fitted.

The supplied T2000 manual describes holding the knob for 2 seconds to start or stop, a short press to select and rotation to adjust. On the corresponding revision, “Variable Heat” selects P1-P7; “Thermostat” sets cabin air at 5-35 °C; “Ventilation” runs the fan only. Select modes with the heater completely stopped. Flashing “OFF” means cooling; a dark screen does not prove shutdown. These air modes must not be applied to coolant heating. Confirm panel and ECU revision if screens differ.

For the revision in the T2000 PDF, set “Time” first. With the heater stopped, open “Timer”, select the arrow beside “Timer1”, “Timer2” or “Timer3”, then set “WEEK”, “START”, “Duration”, “MODE” and its value; save with “OK”. The stated minimum duration is 10 minutes. S M T W T F S runs Sunday to Saturday. Selecting the program name enables/disables it; the arrow edits it. Review all three programs and perform an attended test. Disable every timer before refuelling, entering an enclosed workshop or a hazardous area. Confirm labels and limits on other firmware.

The gear button opens settings. “Information” exposes “Heater”, “Panel”, “Air pressure” and “Run time” where available. The T2000 PDF states: steady blue initializing; flashing blue communication lost; steady green operating; steady red stopping; flashing green fault. Photograph the message before leaving the screen. GSM-compatible marketing does not include a module, SIM, service plan or protocol automatically. A “Bluetooth” menu does not establish GSM connectivity. Confirm hardware, network and exact commands; test remote control with an operator present.

07 Operation and controls
SituationAction
Identify the controllerRecord the AT1192 reference, connector, installation voltage, unit type and revision. Controller, ECU and harness must be a compatible set. Resemblance to another OLED controller does not guarantee identical menus.
First useTest starting and stopping near the unit, set time and setpoint, then check available modes and durations. Disable unused programs. For T2000 follow the actions documented in the reference ATLOSON manual.
Programming / GSMProgram or operate remotely only after installation and safety checks are validated. Confirm module, network service and compatibility before using GSM. Do not promise a Bluetooth app based solely on the GSM designation.
Fault / shutdownRecord the code and circumstances before resetting. Air and coolant fault tables differ. Stop with the controller and maintain cooling power. Do not clear repeated lockouts without addressing the cause.

Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth with power disconnected. Do not spray cleaner onto the controller. Check programs after any power interruption or unit change.

09 Troubleshooting and fault codes

09 Troubleshooting and fault codes
SymptomAction
Display offCheck the permitted power supply, visible connection and identified protection device; a fuse that blows again requires professional diagnosis.
No ignition / flameoutRecord the code and check fuel level and visible obstructions. Do not repeat starting or priming attempts; have fuel dosing and combustion checked.
Overheating / low heat outputKeep air passages clear. On a coolant circuit, allow cooling before checking the level; have air bleeding, circulation and pump checked. Do not bypass the sensor.
Smoke / odor / leakStop using the system and have it inspected before returning it to service. Do not tighten or repair a hot pipe.
Communication / remote controlRecord the message and version. Have harness and protocol confirmed. For GSM, check the module and network availability with the installer.

Record the exact code before clearing it. Stop and allow cooling, check the power supply under load, then ducts and the fluid circuit. Correct the cause before a supervised test. A repeated fault requires workshop service.
